Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC routers to produce intricate designs and signage.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precision manufacturing.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate execution of creative concepts.
- Manage material inventory and ensure optimal usage during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to quality control standards and meet project deadlines.
- Train and mentor junior operators on CNC machine operation and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in CAD software and CNC programming languages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
